Open Houses Are Time Well Spent!
You already know what you want in a home, right? Attending an Open House not only provides the opportunity for you to preview a home & property to identify whether it has all that you desire, but
by attending a few, you are able to explore features in a home that perhaps you may not have even considered yet.
You may have certain expectations for the type of neighbourhood you want to live in, a specific school you want your children to attend or the number of bedrooms you need or want to have, but perhaps you hadn’t considered the size of the yard, the floorplan of the home and noise levels, the presence of an attic, or the proximity to public transit and numerous other details.
By visiting a few Open Houses the opportunity will be presented for you to discover and possibly re-think your ‘wants’ and ‘needs’ list which can only result in a happy ending.
Darolyn Jones has set up numerous ‘same day’ Open Houses for this Saturday, March 14th to allow potential buyers the opportunity to explore a variety of neighbourhoods and features in an assortment of home types from waterfront to newly built all brick bungalows to starter or downsizing homes.
Darolyn encourages all who attend any Open House to bring a list of questions with you and pick up a listing feature sheet for each Open House you attend.
